SERVICES

 

The Trading Post is conveniently located at the entrance of the resort and offers RV supplies, firewood, propane and fishing (including fishing worms). The resort office is located in this building as well. Fishing on the resort can be done without fishing license.

 

In addition to the banquet hall located in the recreational complex, we offer a 3,000 square foot pavilion that may be rented for special occasions.  This screened-in facility is perfect for family reunions, birthday parties, or just to get together with friends.  Tables and chairs are provided and restrooms are just a short walk away in the recreational complex.

 

Events are planned throughout the year for the young and young at heart. Each year is highlighted with the July 4th Celebration and Fall Festival held in late October.

Entrance to the resort is accessed using a security card issued to each camper. Visitors must register at the office. After hours guests are responsible for escorting visitors on to the park. All Visitors are to vacate the park by 11 pm. Visitors of guest are required to purchase access to fishing, aqua park and beach of the park.

 

Wi-Fi

Kountry Resort Campground offers Wi-Fi to our guests to enjoy while you visit. Here is how it works:

FREE SERVICE: We offer Free service for 15 minutes at a low level speed. This will allow you to check your email for important messages, get notifications, etc. This is not intended for doing much other than briefly checking with the outside world. 

​

4 OPTIONS OF PAID SERVICE:  We offer the following levels of paid service:

User accounts can be used on multiple devices but only one device can be logged in at a time.

TO CONNECT: Connect your device to the Wi-Fi and follow prompts. You will create your own username and password (provided they are available) so they will be easier to remember. If you have difficulty, please call (740) 992-0620 for assistance.

Camping Rates

Open 12 months a year

 

Camping, Tent               $30 a night/$33 Holidays a night. Includes: pool/beach/fishing. Check out date excluded

        

Camping, RV                  $47.00 a night/$50 Holidays a night. Includes: pool/beach/fishing. Check out date excluded

       Monthly rates:       $600 plus electric (for short term workers) $800 plus electric for non-workers

Non-Member Seasonal Camping: April 1st - October 31st..............$2500

 

 

Cabin Rentals (Aqua Park is not included) (Beginning August 1, 2024 First night stay will be required for any cabin rental prior to 30 days. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. A cleaning charge will now be added) Must be 21 years old to reserve a cabin.

 

*Linen Rental Policy: $45 (Sheets, towels and blankets.)  Linens are to be returned. Any damaged or missing linens will be charged to your credit card on file.

All rates are per night with a 2 night minimum stay. A deposit is required for reservation. Housekeeping is not available during your stay. If additional housekeeping is needed please call the office, additional charges may apply.

Rental Policy:   Holidays require a 2 day rental. Must be 21  Must present driver's license and be listed on the rental agreement. No one without a valid driver's license is permitted to drive. Golf carts are not permitted to be taken off the park or on any trails. Credit card must be placed on file for any incidentals.

Golf Cart Policy: You are welcome to bring your own golf cart. No one without a valid driver's license is permitted to drive. The golf cart must be registered in the office and show proof of insurance. Side by sides, 4 wheelers or ATVs are not permitted to be ridden on the park.

Indoor Pool      Our indoor pool is not available to the public only to register guests. You must be camping at our facility to have access to the pool.

Private Pool Parties:  

• Minimum 20 people

• Tuesdays or Thursdays Only

• 6 pm - 8 pm

• $200 up to 35 people. Over 35 people $5 per person whether they swim or not

• Need total of participants

• Reservations are required plus $200 security deposit. ( Deposit is not included in the rental fee. Deposit will be refunded after the event to insure no damages to the rental area) all payments are due at time of reservation. See cancellation policy.  ( This is only available during seasonal operations. Our pool is not open year round)

Kountry Resort Campground offers the perfect place to make family memories. From camping to special events, Kountry Resort Campground is the right place to bring your family together.

 

What started in the late 1800’s with 30 tent sites and an outhouse (original Area 1), today offers over 230 large shady and sunny sites for tents and RV’s up to 40 foot, with up to 50 amp service and full hook-up. Modern restrooms and laundry facilities are available as well as an indoor swimming pool, fitness room and game room.

 

Kountry Resort Campground is situated on approximately 98 acres in beautiful Meigs County, just three miles from the Ohio River and the West Virginia state line.  Kountry Resort Campground is a family centered resort with activities for the entire family.  Anglers enjoy pulling trophies from the four lakes stocked with catfish, crappie, bass and bluegill, while others enjoy a game of basketball, volley ball or horse shoes.
