We are excited that you chose our campground! It is a pleasure to serve you. Our campground is family owned and operated. If there is anything, we can do to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know! Policies and rules are in place to help promote the safety of our guests, employees and visitors. Our ultimate objective is to make Kountry Resort Campground the most safe and enjoyable family-oriented destination it can be. In order to ensure you receive your security deposit refunded you must leave the cabin in the condition you found it and abide by the rules in this document. Please make your guests aware of these rules and enjoy your stay at Kountry Resort Campground.

Rules/Cancellation Policy:

Your entire balance will be charged to your card when you book your site/cabin. Security Deposits are not for 1st night stays. No Refunds will be given at check out.

Cancellations prior to 14 days will receive a full refund, but will be charged a $10 fee
Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, but will be charged $15 fee
Cancellations 10 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, but will be charged $ 25 fee
Cancellations 5 days or less prior to arrival will receive no refund
Check in time is 2:00 pm. Arrivals after hours can locate their welcome packets on the door of the visitor center
Check out time for RV/Tent is Noon. Cabin check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out will be charged another day unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. Cabin and gate keys are to be returned to the office. A fee will be charged for keys not returned.
Our tent/RV sites have limited space a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults/3 children. $10 additional fee per person.
We love pets, especially dogs, but dangerous pets and dogs with an aggressive nature are prohibited. All pets must remain on a leash. As a responsible pet owner you are required to clean up after your pets.
Personal fireworks are prohibited.
Quiet hours are Fridays and Saturdays 11 pm - 9 am. Sundays - Thursdays 10 pm - 8 am.
Only 2 vehicle permitted per site. Parking in an unused site is prohibited. Visitors must check in and park in designated areas.
Camping is an outdoor experience. No refund provided due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds will be made for early departures. Gate Keys need to be returned at departure or a fee will be charged to your card.
Speed limit throughout the park is 6 mph.
PROHIBITED: Disorderly Behavior, Walking through other peoples' sites, Damaging trees. Trash left in firepits
Parents/caregivers are responsible for appropriated behavior of their children. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times. Children MUST be supervised in pool, game room and restrooms. Parent/Guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children. Golf Carts are permitted, but driver must have a valid driver's license.
No parking on grass. We have baby grass. Let it grow, let it grow!. The trees too! They will give you shade one day.
Keep your site tidy. Place trash in designated containers located near the entrance of the park. Trash does not belong in the firepits.
Pool privileges are for paid campers/cabin rentals only. Posted hours and rules must be observed. Swim at your own risk. There are not lifeguards on duty. While park personal may be present in the pool area, they DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARD TRAINING. An adult must accompany all children under 16 years and those who cannot swim. Wristbands are required for amenities. Paid campers will receive these in your welcome packages. Visitors are to purchase their wristbands for fishing and Aqua Park.
Reservations are not guaranteed as to actual location. Kountry Resort Campground will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
Cabin rentals should be left in the order in which they were rented. All trash should be removed and placed in the proper containers near the office. Dishes should be washed and put away. Linens rented should be returned to the office. Linens should not be used to wipe shoes, wipe down golf carts/vehicles or taken to the pool or beach area. Smoking and pets are prohibited.
VIDEO/CAMERA SURVEILLANCE: Property and Buildings are monitored. Customer grants Kountry Resort Campground, it's representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connections with the above-identified subject. Customer authorizes Kountry Resort Campground, it's assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree Kountry Resort campground may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
